You will only ever pay one charge per order processed. Our estimated times for postage delivery and our standard packaging & postage charges (up to 2kg) are:

UK – 1 to 2 Day Delivery £2.99 – £6.99 (depending on service & product)
Ireland – 2 to 4 Day Delivery £3.99 – £9.99 (depending on product)
EU Countries – 3 to 5 days delivery £23.00
North America – 3 to 5 days delivery £35.00
Australia – 3 to 5 days delivery £25.00
Rest of The World – 4 to 7 days delivery £35.00

Note: We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

The Delivery Address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, however, should the package still be in our possession, we will endeavour to make any required amendments.

A signature may be required for a shipment. Before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.

Surfboard Delivery
Postage and packaging of surfboards within Ireland and the UK is £50. All of our boards are packaged in re-cycleable Flexi-Hex packaging. Surfboard orders are not refundable.

When you are buying goods online, you are entering a legally binding contract. The UK law is the applicable law and our guarantee is valid within the UK.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have an allocated time period to examine the goods and exert your right to cancel your order or part of your order.

If you have had an item tailored or customised then these goods cannot be refunded on return.

You must choose options of a refund, replacement or exchange. You must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods and you return them to us by post. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, The Wild Atlantic Surfboard Company reserves the right to refuse a refund and send the item back at your expense.
The cutoff date for return is 21 days for a refund or exchange.
This does not affect your statutory rights.



You have 21 days (time limit exceptions may be made for orders outside of the UK at our discretion) from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. For alternative sizes, you will need to place a new order. Surfboard orders or commissioned/custom items are not refundable. If you wish to return your goods please follow these simple steps:
Please email a copy of your original order or order number to [email protected] together with your name and address so that we can generate a valid return number.

Repackage your products in the original packaging together with the valid return number. Please note that all returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact.

Return your package via your preferred courier or local postal service. We recommend that you choose a tracked service so that you can follow your parcel. Address your parcel to our UK address:

We ask that customers outside the EU mark any returned packages with “Returning to Country of Origin” to prevent any delays at the relevant customs authorities.

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, The Wild Atlantic Surfboard Company reserves the right to refuse a refund and send the item back at your expense.

A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.



In the unlikely event that the item you received is faulty, please contact us on [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault. We will respond to you as soon as possible to acknowledge your issue and from there will request that you send us a few photographs of the fault to determine the best course of action.

Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
